Caroline Espree is the Principal Consultant at Espree HR Services, LLC.
Ms. Espree is a Human Resources Business Leader with over twenty years of experience in Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations. She is a high energy and impactful compliance driven HR professional who is passionate about providing human resources solutions to her clients. As the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at the National Older Worker Career Center, Inc., Ms. Espree led the strategy for human capital management. She empowered a high-performance team by cultivating an award winning Best Place to Work culture of excellence. She also served in human resources leadership positions at Amylin Pharmaceuticals and CVS.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and has a Master of Business Administration degree. Ms. Espree is a 2017 Leadership Arlington Graduate and completed the George Mason University Human Resources Management Certification Program. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR). In addition, she is a Myers Briggs Certified Practitioner and DISC Trainer.
Ms. Espree is a Founding Member of the Prince William Society for Human Resources Management and served on the Board of Directors for several years. She is passionate about volunteering in the community and is an Election Official with Stafford County, member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Prince William and Northern Virginia Society for Human Resources Management, Tea Rose Investment Club Member, Parliamentarian for Women in Community Action, and Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
